The Light Catcher

On this planet there are two dominant lifeforms, the Glaaken (the Light
Catcher) which feeds on the Lumis, a smaller lifeform consisting of pure
energy. However the Lumis depends on the Glaaken for its reproduction since
after it has been consumed by the Glaaken up to four smaller ones are excreted.
